Campaña se bloquea

No se si alguien tiene la solución o le pasa lo mismo que a mi.

 

Cuando empiezo una campaña una vez acabada la primera misión y déspues de dar a "Esc" para volver al lobby, BMS se queda bloqueado en la pantalla previa (la foto del F16) al lobby y la única manera de salir de ahi es  reiniciar el Pc con lo que no puedo salvar ni avanzar en la campaña que he creado.

 

Cualquier ayuda es muy de agradecer.
