En este post " http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=87422 " con la excusa de que piensan que el Su-25T se está quedando de lado con el lanzamiento del P-51D, quieren que la gente postee con su "appreciation" con el Su-25T (no sé como traducirlo exactamente pero no es lo mismo que "apreciar" en castellano). La verdad es que podrian los de DCS crear un sim de la 2º GM y arreglar el vacio " cagado" que ha dejado tito Oleg con el Cliffs of Dover, seguro que lo hacen muchisimo mejor y quien sabe si al modelar el Mustang resulta que es la punta de lanza de otra serie...... :chulo:

Investigating the possibility of having a counterpart for P-51 in future I need help searching for the wind tunnel data of Bf-109 or FW-190 (or even Zero). I must say that it does not mean that the next flyable plane will be of these types . It means that maybe an AI plane to shoot at will be added if we have good 3D model. But even an AI plane must fly at proper trajectory, mustn't it?

 

All available NACA resources have no necessary data. The British resources could contain something interesting because I am not sure I know them all. And German resources are still Terra Incognita for me because of my extremely poor German (as well as Japaneeze).

 

What kind of data will be priceless:

- wind tunnel or flight test measurements of lift carpet, L/D polars, moments, etc

- performance diagrams (though I have a lot, there is always something I would be very happy to get)

 

Only professional documents of WW II is required, not contemporary estimations.

As the hydraulics pressure is unloaded, fairing doors begin to open due to gravity. When they are not fully opened landing gear control lever was turned and the main legs were released from up-locks. See what happens as they overtake the fairing doors.

Rocking the plane gently has no effect on down-locks but the second attempt was successful.

To faster regain hydraulic pressure prop was set to max rpm.

The second attempt shows what happens if the plane flies unloaded (g-load was 0.2-0.3)

Kneeboard para P-51D, ahora permite hacer zoom a las hojas, pasarlas una a una y hacer marcas de navegación. Las paginas se añaden al hacer la misión en formato PNG en un directorio expreso. Las hojas pueden ser exportadas a los diferentes miembros del grupo en misiones multijugador. Veremos si lo vemos en el futuro en los otros modulos.
